How do you create a platform for the opening of an innovative research center that matches its ambitions? Meta asked Castro to organize the official opening of the new 3D Research Lab in Eindhoven and to connect the lab with relevant stakeholders in the region.
Approach
Castro developed and organized the opening of the new lab. We brought together representatives from the business community, government, and international organizations and developed a program that combined innovation, the lab’s significance for the region, and the official opening.
Result
A festive yet substantive launch event at which Meta presented its new research center to key stakeholders in the region. Among those involved in the opening were the King’s Commissioner, the chair of VNO-NCW, and a representative from the U.S. Embassy, and politicians from various levels of government (provincial, national, and European) paid a visit.
