Tristan is deeply involved in lobbying and, as a partner, is responsible for Castro’s lobbying activities. He works with a wide range of large organizations and has extensive experience in the tech and defense sectors. Tristan is a strong believer in a results-oriented approach. He achieves this by, among other things, bringing stakeholders together, organizing policy events, and combining lobbying with clear policy communication.
As Head of Castro EU, Tristan focuses on Castro’s international growth and the connection between national and European policy issues. In addition, he is the program manager for the Public Affairs & Stakeholder Management lecture series at Nyenrode Business University.

Tristan studied public administration at VU University Amsterdam and then worked at Wallaart & Kusse Public Affairs. In 2023, he joined Castro, where he is now a partner and Head of Castro EU.
