Communication Strategy and Implementation
Clear communication doesn’t start with a medium or a message, but with understanding the bigger picture. What does your organization want to achieve? How do key stakeholders view you? What themes and perceptions shape the conversation? And where do opportunities or risks lie?
That’s why Castro first conducts a detailed analysis of the organization and its operating environment. We investigate which stakeholders matter, what’s happening internally and externally, and which issues, interests, and developments influence your organization.
Based on this, we determine the course together. We refine the positioning, develop a clear and recognizable narrative, and determine which messages you want to use to reach and engage which stakeholders. This results in a communication strategy that provides direction for the organization and aligns with the world around it.
Next, we put the strategy into practice. From media relations, stakeholder communication, and content to campaigns, spokesperson services, and internal communication. Where necessary, we combine communication with our expertise in lobbying and stakeholder management.
Not a strategy to be shelved, but an approach that actually makes a difference.
Curious about how communication can help you achieve your organizational goals? We’d love to collaborate with you on insight, direction, and execution.
